Diane began her public accounting career in 1990, joined Maher Duessel in 1996 and specializes in Single Audits. She previously served as Director of Quality Control for the firm along with being responsible for assuring our compliance with the AICPA Governmental Audit Quality Center. Diane previously served as Partner to a broad base of governmental and non-profit clients including housing authorities, municipalities, municipal authorities, and human service agencies. Retired from direct client service, as Senior Partner, she now provides technical assistance where needed to support our clients and regularly speaks on a national level on behalf of professional associations such as the AICPA and various State Societies of CPA’s. She also speaks on a statewide level on behalf of organizations such as the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
